The Floor:
The floor was supposed to look like space with a star chart-like pattern over it. We scumbled two base colors with rollers. Next we watered sections of the stage, put down paint with brushes to create "clouds" and used more water to make it blend and bleed, and sprayed black in select spots. After it dried, we spattered stars, chalked out the circles, and used liner brushes to paint the curves.
